# Complaints Channel
Nextail is committed to legal and ethical conduct and promotes integrity, corporate responsibility, and fair practices. If you have any concerns about the legality and ethics of conduct at Nextail, we want to know about it in order to investigate and perform appropriate corrective measures.

We are committed to ensuring your voice is heard and, throughout the reporting process, we employ stringent measures to protect your anonymity and maintain your utmost confidentiality.
After submitting your complaint, we'll keep you informed about its progress. Anonymous complaints are treated seriously, and all concerns are addressed promptly in accordance with the law.
